"Investing in staff and management was an effective investment in the future of the entire theatre. We are preparing for the launch of musiikkitalo Fuuga." Arto Valkama, CEO of Kulttuuriranta Oy
Turku City Theatre is owned by the City of Turku, operating on a parade ground on the banks of the Aura River. The theatre's supporting company, Kulttuuriranta Oy, also operates the music hall Fuuga, which is being built next door. Turku City Theatre, in cooperation with Freia and the pension insurance company Keva, implemented a multi-year working life development project. The aim was to strengthen strategic work ability management, improve proactive risk identification and the well-being and recovery of personnel. During the project, the personnel's self-assessments of health and recovery improved and long-term sick leave decreased. The measured health condition improved by an average of 1.9 years, which corresponds to an improvement of over 100 years for the entire staff. "We offered systematic and concrete support as part of our Make Room for Good strategy." Duration: 8/2022-12/2024 Project size: 60 htp Arto Valkama, CEO Kulttuuriranta Oy - www.tkteatteri.fi
