TYKKI-project for supervisors

"Mikkeli is a developing regional center in South Savo, known for Lake Saimaa, a NATO base and urban life close to nature. Supervisors of all public organizations face challenging situations in their everyday word. We strengthened the supervisors' competence, attitude and skills in the themes of work ability management. Together with Freia, we planned and implemented training, in which all 120 supervisors from our organization participated. Our pension insurance company Keva supported the TYKKI project. The themes of the training included themes such as supervisor leading work ability and the interaction of challenging situations. We were satisfied with the collaboration. There was humor in the planning. The trainers gave concrete case examples. The best part was the sharing of experiences in mixed groups. We achieved much-needed joint discussion and attitude change."
