Manual ultrasonic welding workstation

Manual ultrasonic welding table for joining thin plastic sheets together. The welding plate also serves as a light table for visual quality control

A welding head that can be moved by hand in the X and Y directions. The ultrasonic welding technology is Rinco Ultrasonics' 70 kHz actuator and SDG generator. The welding workstation is suitable for connecting plastic sheets without the sag caused by melting the plastic, compared to thermal melting. The joint is not visible and does not increase material thickness.
