Supporting Arbonaut, a leading Finnish geodata company offering innovative geoinformation solutions for a range of applications, including forestry and environmental monitoring.

Arbonaut had previously implemented several Android applications for forest resource data and planning, and we helped them move forward. We began by productizing a new application framework based on existing products. Once it was largely complete, we were able to use it as a basis for implementing the next customer project. The application framework significantly accelerated development work, as it was already tailored to meet the needs of forest resource data and forest planning. As a result, the customer had access to the first test version almost immediately after the project began. The test version included most of the basic functionalities, which in turn greatly accelerated the work on the following functionalities and user interface design. In addition, newly developed features could also be incorporated back into the application framework's functionality, allowing them to serve other projects in the future.
