Redkik's own web client was unnecessarily complex for the user journey of an individual customer purchasing cargo insurance. There was a need for a way to easily produce customer journeys tailored for the needs of individual clients. Nolwenture redesigned their product so that - The custom UI runs as a separate service that interfaces with Redkik's API for fetching data and generating quotes/purchasing bookings - Individual journeys are rendered as a multi-part React web form using Formik - The journeys are defined using JSON Schema and saved in the database. The Formik forms are generated based on the schema on runtime - There's a set of admin tools used to edit the schema and other parameters for each journey
